Same as Carnival elevated as it includes a float on wheels that is pushed by two performers with a central figure on it.
Imagine having Alice and The Mad Hatter pushed by Cards and both queens on stilts at the back of the float and some rabbits on roller skates… It’s BIGGER, BETTER and not so commonly seen!
